Amerimade Technology, Inc. *WET STATIONS* A designer/manufacturer and global supplier of wet process systems for development & manufacture of semiconductor, MEMS, data storage, solar, flat panel, medical and optic devices. We offer a highly configurable array of fully- or semi-automated and manual systems for most wet process applications. Ancillary equipment includes fume hoods, bulk chemical distribution / waste collection systems and quartz cleaning tools. Supported processes include: electroplate/polish, etch, strip, clean and develop. We also provide megasonic / ultrasonic baths, heater/chillers, filtered baths, quick dump rinsers, & drying systems. One of our unique strengths is the design and manufacture of sophisticated fixtures for processing a broad variety of substrates, devices and special parts including sealed electroplating cathodes. Uptime Service, our wholly-owned subsidiary, provides global field support, spare parts, tool reconfiguration & maintenance services.
